
A lifestyle stationery and gifts brand created a pop-up boutique in Gatwick Airport, their first taste of travel retail.
Challenge
The client needed a staffing partner to provide a brand ambassador team to embody their values and philosophy, ahead of being able to recruit a full-time directly employed team. ABM Experience Solutions was tasked with training and deploying the teams that would execute the client's campaign.
Solution
ABM Experience Solutions formed and trained a team of eight, including full airside security clearance and extensive airport retail experience, who were selected by the client, based on brand values and skillset.
Having a senior Operations Manager on site every day as part of our wider business operations offered a high-level additional support function.
A key to the wider campaign's success was the level of collaboration with the client throughout the process. The brand went above and beyond to engage our team. On the first day of training, each of the team received a personalised embossed leather organiser, a great foundation for brand loyalty.
