
The client wanted to help their customers gift their fragrances in a unique and personal way over Christmas to make their presents even more special.
Challenge
ABM Experience Solutions was tasked with building and training a team that could deliver the client's brand experience to a range of different customers.
Solution
A special Christmas Choir featuring nine singers and a pianist entertained travellers boarding the Heathrow Express at London’s Paddington station. ABM Experience Solutions' brand ambassadors, all wearing the brand’s iconic lipstick, distributed invitations to two of the brand’s Heathrow gift initiatives.
Passengers to Terminals 3 and 5 were invited to the client’s branded Engraving Workshop, where fragrance bottles were personalised with a name, date or special thought.
The brand also encouraged travellers from all terminals to trial their Art of Gifting gift boxes including an embroidered patch and a complimentary greetings card.
Benefits
The Christmas Choir had travellers in the Christmas spirit at Paddington Station, while providing a range of gift inspiration ideas for airport passengers through ABM Experience Solutions’s personalisation service.
This was key in driving footfall straight to the brand’s counter in store at Heathrow, generating customer spend.
