Eanna serves as Senior Director – Transformation, leading large‑scale business transformation and sustainable growth initiatives across ABM. His work focuses on integrating acquired businesses into a unified operating model, shaping operational strategy, advancing digital innovation, enabling growth and overseeing the mobilisation of operations across key industries including Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, and the Public Sector.

With an engineering background and over 20 years of experience in the engineering,construction, and facilities management industries, Eanna brings deep technical and operational expertise. Before joining ABM in January 2026, he spent more than 11 years with CBRE GWS in Ireland.
