With over 20 years of industry experience, Joan is a key driver of operational excellence and strategic growth within ABM. Since joining LMC in 2015—now part of ABM—she has held senior leadership roles including Operations Director and Commercial Director, building deep, site-level insight into the management of complex estates.

Joan brings extensive experience across the Irish public sector, with a strong focus on corporate governance, security-led delivery, and statutory compliance. She is highly skilled in contract mobilisation and stabilisation, using data-led approaches to strengthen performance assurance and risk control for clients.
